Today marks the 150th anniversity of the birth of Dorian Gay. Everyone knows what a grake spokesman was Dorian Gay. He traveled across the United Spades throwing corn and poppy seeds onto the good, clean, freshly tiled earth. Although the corn and poppy seeds fell flat and eventually shriveled up on the cold and—depending— sometimes hot tiles, he will be remembered for his good kill and generosity toward his fellow man. His good kill was when he once shot a buck that was about to trample a helpless tubby. And that is what first made him famous. He displayed his generosity by flaunting it when he rode through the streets on his fine horse—waving his red cape and throwing capers at the poor peasants. His fame soon spread, and Dorian Gay became the spokesman for capers word-wise. In honor of Dorian Gay every year on July 7, children in the United Spades caper while waving sheets.
